By using Aroclad you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
Aroclad provides cloud construction software for delivery, field ops, and commercial controls. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for account security, accurate registration details, and activity under your workspace. Notify us of unauthorized access promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no scraping that degrades performance, and no resale of access without written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Aroclad owns the platform and branding. You own your project content. You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to provide the service.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew as stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered. Free plans may have limits that change with notice.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroclad's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
